The Healing Education Collective exists to protect and sustain that. We partner with educators and schools to build communities where the adults are cared for as deeply as the students they serve.   • Yes. The Healing Education Collective is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization [EIN: XXXXXXX]. Your donation is tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.   • Directly to educators. Your gift funds HEC's five core programs: one-on-one coaching, group coaching cohorts, facilitated workshops, culture consultation for school leadership, and wellness retreats. We are in our first year as the Healing Education Collective, which means every donation also helps build the organizational foundation that allows us to grow our reach and deepen our school partnerships. We are committed to transparency and will publish annual impact data as it becomes available.

  • Yes to all three. You can start a monthly gift directly on this page. To update your amount, change your payment method, or cancel at any time, just reach out to us at [email] and we will take care of it within [X] business days -- no questions asked, no guilt.

  • It is worth checking. Many employers -- including tech companies, healthcare organizations, and financial institutions -- will match employee donations to nonprofits, sometimes doubling or tripling your gift at no extra cost to you. HEC is a registered 501(c)(3) and qualifies for most corporate matching programs. Check with your HR department or employee benefits portal to see if your employer participates.
